The sun broke through the clouds just as it was about to set. Then it started to rain. And this was the result. 

Given that I am one foot shorter than Adam and that our heads are roughly the same size and Adam's head is by no means small, I must have a pretty large head! 

We take pride in displaying our noses.

The weather has gotten cold enough to warrant the use of the down comforter. We have a giant slipcover for our garantuan King comforter. This is Adam obliging me by impersonating a ghost while stuffing the comforter in the slipcover. 

This is the Fat Neighborhood Kitty. A few minutes after this picture was taken, our neighbor got into the truck you see in the bottow right corner and attempted to exit into the street. The kitty, who had not changed his position, refused to move. The neighbor honked. The kitty blinked. The neighbor inched closer. The kitty extended a territorial paw. The neighbor got out of the car, picked up kitty and deposited him out of the way, then proceeded to exit into the street. The kitty must not have been amused.
